It was probably my curiosity that pushed me towards polarity. As a teacher at the end of the school year, I needed to recharge my batteries in order to regain my energy. It was an amazing experience that I will definitely repeat. I felt immense well-being throughout the treatment and I still feel the benefits today. To do and redo!

Yesterday I received a second polarity treatment at Mélanie. It was very relaxing. I felt warmth inside, which did me a lot of good. And it was the first afternoon in months where I had almost no pain in my knees. I am due to undergo a knee operation soon but in the meantime, having a break from pain has done me the greatest good. I will be going back there again this week. I strongly recommend it to you! There is a saying that I like: to try it is to adopt it and that is what I will do.

When I arrived, I was very well received and felt quickly at ease. She took the time to validate the reasons for my visit and even to ask a few additional questions to make sure that I didn't forget anything... *Because it's like a doctor's appointment... once we arrive, the list we had made of all the ailments to discuss suddenly disappears. We forget! 😅 and Mélanie reminded me how POLARITY can treat an almost infinite RANGE of PROBLEMS (sleep disorder, joint problem, muscle tension, intestinal problems, anxiety... to name a few).

So it was a super relaxing 60 minutes in a warm and zen environment 🧘‍♀️ and I can already see the benefits of my treatment.
