Beautiful place and amazing food best burgers

New restaurant just opened in Joliette, i was so excited to come and try Shack Attakk however i was disappointed in the lack of food taste. I had just very ordinary fries, my hot dog tasted like costco beef hot dog sausage and the salad or attempt of a coleslaw lack of taste. I heard people at the next table saying that the fries and poutine was just ordinary. Clients like to be waited on and not everyone in the restaurant understood the concept of ordering first and then they will bring the food to you at your table. I never saw anybody cleaned the tables after the clients left and the ustensils bucket needed to be filled. I wish them all the luck because there’s potential but management needs to tweek the concept and food taste ASAP.
