(July 15, 2022, 8:18 am)I have a weakness that has persisted since I broke my ankle as a teenager. I twisted my ankle and I was no longer able to put my foot on the ground. Valérie got me back on my feet in one session. Afterwards she made me do exercises to strengthen the muscles around my ankle to prevent this from happening again.
