Mr Dubois and his team live up to their near 5 star rating! Communication has been amazing from the first time i contacted him through his website with a very quick call back and discussion on my issue, to a quick and we’ll detailed estimate with a call to review as well, to the date when the work was going to happen (lots of rain these days :)), to finally the day of execution today. Mr Dubois is super patient and explains everything in details with pros/cons, risks, etc. They are also extremely respectful of your landscaping and yard, etc and limit any damage. Considering they were digging up 2 window wells you would expect certain damage to the yard but they did everything very cautiously and worked around a sprinkler system that was smack dab in their way - they have wood boards they use to limit wear and tear on the lawn as well. You can tell they are passionate and proud of their work and it comes out in their execution.
I wouldn’t hesitate 1 second or look around to hire them again in the future. Thank you!
