I was looking for their email address to write to them but the only way I found is to leave a review here. I am very happy with the service received this winter! I am one of the first to be plowed all the time and have never had a problem. I really appreciated that it was ironed after the ice storm the other day, my entry was completely deglazed so thank you!

''Dear'' mylen larocque: Your landlord having mandated us to do the infrastructure in order to pave your parking lot, you had to park your car in the backyard of your apartment building during the work which was to last a week. 3 times will I have had to go and ask you (3 out of 5 mornings) to move your car. You were subsequently advised not to park on the new asphalt for a minimum of 10 days. Only 24 hours after paving your parking lot, you removed the yellow barricade tape to park your car on the asphalt!! Sorry, but I have NO respect for people like you who destroy good

The service was great when I first started with them. We were plowed quickly. Now we are the last to be cleared of snow and it really does not happen often during a storm. Meanwhile, we watch the neighbors with other companies doing snow removal continuously during the day. I had chosen this company for the speed of their service but now... unfortunately very disappointed at the moment. On the other hand, the work is very well done.
