Dear Dorothy,
I would like to express my deep gratitude for choosing this stretching class at this specific time in my life. Before starting, every morning was marked by aches, leg pain and many other discomforts. At the age of only 52, I realized that things could not continue like this. Tying my boots had become an awkward task due to my increasing stiffness.
Thanks to the exercises you taught us, I realized that simply performing movements was not enough to improve my flexibility or my health. Breathing and mindfulness of each movement brought a completely new dimension to my practice.
Today I integrate these exercises into my daily routine. In case of pain, I practice them two or three times a day, and my body shows me its gratitude. It's amazing how much better I feel. I hardly have any back pain at the end of the day. I thought moving slowly might be boring, but the surprise was such a pleasant result that I don't want to stop. It has become my way of life.
Thank you infinitely beautiful Dorothée, for this positive transformation in my life.

In May 2022, I had the chance to speak with Dorothée by chance about physical well-being at the Maxi near us... Her words were very inspiring and what can I say about her energy... Just WOW! At that moment, my partner was in pain everywhere. He even had difficulty getting in and out of his car. For my part, I had stiffness in my neck, shoulders and knees.
