Very satisfied with the service from Mathieu and his team. I had the execution of the work on my roof (flat roof in Montreal) evaluated. I attended the evaluation with the expert and got a lot of informative comments and explanations. The detailed inspection report was provided to the company that did my roofing (elastomeric). They did not hesitate to correct the small defects noted because, in addition, Conseil-Toit is a member of the Association of Master Roofers of Quebec (AMCQ) and referred by the CAA.

We used their service to carry out an independent assessment following work by co-owners. Everyone we spoke to was efficient, knowledgeable, flexible and lovely. Maxime who intervened was as rigorous, competent as he was friendly. Michèle, at customer reception, was very friendly and reliable. In short, I highly recommend. It feels good to call on people who are competent and have a sense of service.

If this contractor respects his customers as much as road users, do business with him without hesitation! It's rare these days to see a truck, even a literate one, have respect on the road.
