I had a rush order to Toronto area, and the owner understood the situation I was in. He delivered the sheet goods himself from Quebec to Mississauga, Ontario this morning as the couriers could not come fast enough. I am so impressed with the product and his incredible customer service. Thank you so much Mr. Ning. I will certainly order over and over again, but next time I will give more advanced notice :)
