The dance teachers are super good with the kids!

I discovered Nordic walking in September 2017. I love this activity, a complete physical training, accessible to all and that you can practice in any season and especially at your own pace. The instructors are very knowledgeable, dynamic and caring. They motivate us and encourage us. Excellent for health and morale because fun and good humor are always there !! 😁

At Espace Fitness, we are not numbers. The owners and the various coaches are concerned about our progress. They are there to offer us alternatives in the event of injuries, advice on diet. They learn about our state (physical and mental). Really, they are super available. The whole team is dynamic. Once at the center, even if we arrive backwards, the girls take us with them. The variety of courses is surprising. The team is constantly improving in order to offer safe, effective and motivating workouts. In short, to try the Espace Fitness experience is to adopt it!
