(June 11, 2021, 4:53 pm)Courteous and efficient service. They know their inventory and offer adequate prices for their products. We found parts there that we could no longer find at other traders, so we did not have to replace our windows completely.

In addition, they evaluated my basement windows when they changed a Thermos from the ground floor living room window and they advised me to keep them since they are still in good condition.
So no selling under pressure.
