Excellent customer service!! Quick honest, upfront, spoke engligh and had good knowledge of the vehicles they sell. Were very accommodating, would buy a car here again.
They were able to accommodate me on short notice. Offered a curtisy vehicle which I declined. Provided coffee Wi-Fi and a news station. All in all a pleasant experience as well as efficient service and a clean car. What not to reccomend.

Good guys. Way better than most dealership's for service at least. Subaru is not high end so you need to keep cool, communicate, be honest and respectful, ask questions about the limits of vehicles and warranties (especially for people who purchase with heavy modifications in mind, which I would heavily recommend doing outside of the warranty period, under the close supervision of a trusted and personalized garage, and only when you can complete all of the supporting conversions). If you follow this and be clear about your needs with the service manager, they will find the best solution and take care of you. If you kick things off acting like a jerk than you deserve the pushback you will likely get. I can tell you for a fact they personally helped me overcome the questionable service of another Subaru dealership and continue to provide continuous oversight, advice and support. Help them help you, and it will likely go better than even most small garages.
