Someone does not understand how a professional designer with more than 30 years of experience works. Maybe the language barrier or simply a bad explanation of needs or expectations.
In 30 years, Julie had only positive comments. Some have been doing business with her since her debut and refer her to colleagues, friends or family members. Ask for references, she will be happy to talk about it ;-)
