Service après vente hors pair, j'ai acheté une roulotte neuve Kodiak et elle a présenté plusieurs problèmes dès le départ. J'ai eu tout le support nécessaire de Gagnon, ils ont fait tous les suivis pour la garantie et fait les réparations de manière diligente. Excellent!

This was our first travel trailer purchase ever - we ordered our Palomino Real-Lite 180 at the Montreal RV show and took delivery in early May. Remi in sales was great to work with and made the shopping experience very smooth and efficient. When we took delivery of the trailer, Patrice gave us a super explanation of how everything worked as well as proper maintenance tips to keep the unit in good condition. As with mostly every new travel trailer nowadays we knew to expect some minor issues to come up during the first weeks of use, and Patrice made sure warranty work was carried out hassle-free, timely and to our complete satisfaction. The after-sales service, especially when purchasing an RV, is very, very important and everyone at Roulottes Gagnon has treated us great so far. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a RV.
