Pourvoirie Mekoos

Absolutely the best place to hang your helmet and relax after a day of riding perfect trails. Mekoos accommodations , hospitality, food, and lodging is all top notch. If you have never been, your missing out. Booking and you'll return yearly like I do.

We snowmobiled here from Mont Laurier which is easily doable. We had lunch here. The lunch was great. It was club sandwiches and smoked meat sandwiches. The fries were good quality too. Our waitress was amazingly friendly and very helpful. The place was quite busy and got busier while we were there but service was still great.

The beer selection was not great. Just the usual popular Labatts products.

The only problem was paying your bill required standing in line at the cash register because they only had one payment point station. This took too long.

They also had decent WiFi which is helpful because there is limited cell reception in the area.

Totally exceeded expectations! We had a great Chalet with a full kitchen, and everything we needed including a big bin of dry hardwood for wonderful stove fires nightly. Isabelle made check in and sled rentals extremely easy and quick. We were on the trails in no time. Breakfasts and dinners were top notch, with generous portions, and the service was second to none thanks to Massimo.

Sebastien, Massimo and their team provide a 5 star service at this amazing outfitter. We were blown away at their efforts to ensure they respect the public health guidance while making everyone’s stay as pleasant as possible. I can’t say enough about our stay here and can’t wait to return. Julie and Bobby also get big thumbs up for their customer service and we thank you for your efforts!
