We snowmobiled here from Mont Laurier which is a pretty long hike. Our snowmobile broke down so we had to leave it there and come back with our truck and trailer. This turned out to be harder than we thought because Google Maps tries to take you on roads that are closed and it is very hard to turn around a big truck and trailer on those logging roads. The roads are very inaccurate on Google maps. The trailer axel broke on the last road but we made it there.
The guys working there (Ivan and Tibeau) were very helpful as we took apart the trailer and arranged for it to be towed back.
Lunch was limited selection but this place gets very busy at night for snowmobile season so I imagine dinner has more options. The rooms are booked very far in advance so don't expect to roll up and get a room.
They sell gas but it is VERY expensive. However there are not many other choices in the area.
One of my favorite snowmobile destinations. Great Snowmobile Package available. Cabins are warm, clean, and spacious. Nice bar/lounge area lots of drink options and an amazing wine selection.
Nice people, amazing food, mediocre “in lodge” accommodations (possibly better if you get a cabin room but my friends also didn’t like theirs much) , very, very expensive.
We enjoyed our staying at Outfitters "pourvoirie de 100 lacs". The whole team was amazing and very welcoming. Mr.Paul is always making sure that we are treated the best way possible. Sébastien was our guide during our stay. He was just amazing! You can tell that it’s his truth passion. He also knows the areas very well, were you should be fishing! Benoit the chef will make you 5⭐️ meals. The food is absolutely delicious! Charlie the waitress is always very nice and helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Very clean, nice chalet & beautiful views. Fishing was great also! We reached our quotas and really enjoyed our time. Highly recommended!
A favorite snowmobile destination. This is not luxury but it’s just what you need after a trans-quebec ride. Attentive staff, friendly before and after dinner mixing with American and European and Québécoise guests, fuel on site and a nice collection of wine in the the cave. Can’t wait to go back. Try the beef bavette.
