Each time the communication with Tim has been excellent, I never felt lost or that I wasn't informed of the progress or status of my application. He and his team were very prompt at letting me know if I needed to fill anything out, submit anything or had forgotten something.Working with Tim, every part of the process has been effortless. Henry and his team make the intimidating process of buying a home much more comfortable.
