The workouts I do with Nadine are essential to my well-being.

I did several bellyfit classes, which I loved and which made me discover different dance styles. I also took belly dancing initiation workshops that made me discover a beautiful culture through dance.

In 2021, I tried the strong nation and I immediately got hooked. In my head, I call it the " zumba to let off steam ". I give myself to the max and I sweat my life. It allows me to release enormous stress. So this year, I also decided to do a training combo with Nadine: 45 minutes of strong nation followed by 1h30 of yin yoga.

Yin is a great discovery in my life! In just a few classes, I was able to feel benefits for physical ailments that I have been dragging for several years; I have a compressed nerve in my thigh that is causing numbness. Restorative yoga helps a lot to reduce these numbness.

Yin also has a huge positive effect on my mental health.
I have a lot of anxiety and panic attacks (it's really the evil of the century) and I felt great relief during my practice with Nadine, especially in my neck. I have had pain for years and have seen several specialists to try to help me. The workouts gave me relief that I hadn't experienced before.
