I hired Groupe Rénovasco for a major renovation that a previous (crooked) contractor had abandoned after completing maybe 30% of the job.

Raphael and his team were able to correct the poor previous workmanship as well as complete the job in a timely, professional and trustworthy manner. I only wish I had hired them in the first place so I wouldn’t have had to deal with the previous clowns, but, live and learn... I would definitely recommend if you want it done right the first time. A+

We hired Groupe Rénovasco to add an extension to our house (about 1000 sq ft.) which is quite a big job! Raphael and his team are reliable, honest and professional. The work was carried out within the timeframe discussed.

Whenever there were any changes/obstacles/issues, he immediately discussed options with us to make sure that we were well informed, and that we could make a decision that we were happy with. I definitely appreciated the communication– I’ve dealt with many contractors before who will just do what’s convenient for them and won’t ask/discuss with you first. This is definitely a quality you want when looking for a contractor!

I used the services of Groupe Renovasco twice in the last 5 years. The first time was to completely replace a 20 x 16 rotted out porch and solidify the whole structure of the deck. First, when Raphael says he will be there, he is there like promised. Second, he always leave the premises super clean, even if he has to come back the very next day. I now have a beautiful and solid fiberglass and aluminum deck and never regretted the investment. My second experience with that company was 2 years ago. I had to replace all of my windows, replace all the mouldings and install a new oven vent and create a ceramic backsplash. Again, super happy with the work. The work is so beautiful :). My husband and I have a dream to have our home built by this company one day. The owner of this company is knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to talk with us so we feel reassured every step of the way. I know we would have a great experience having him as our builder. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Raphael helped us underpin and renovate our basement. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He takes the time to explain the situation and offer different options available to resolve any problems that arise. His team is punctual and professional. Would definitely recommend him and reuse him for future projects.
