Gym Saint-Jérôme - Le Mouvement Academik

I've been training there for not very long, but so far I really like it! The coaches are super nice, coach and explain really well, they also adapt the exercises to your level. The atmosphere of the gym is also great, everyone is nice and respectful there!

A perfect place for training, fitness and giving yourself to your full potential! The vibe is just wow! No judgement, you go at your own pace and without pressure! I like!!! The coaches are there for you, to encourage you, to motivate you and make sure you do the movement well 👌🏻

A great gym! The coaches are human, welcoming and inclusive, the members are lively and the atmosphere is on fire!

I had never trained even if I tried several places but they knew how to give me the bug, I go there at least 4 times a week!

This is not just a gym it is a community. Everyone finds something that they struggle with and strengths you never thought you had. We push each other and comfort each other. 4 years since I joined this community and never regretted a second of it. I am 45 and a big girl but I feel at home here.
