(January 17, 2020, 3:07 pm)their 1300gram Montreal rye bread was only $4.99 2 years ago and then it jumped to $5.99 and then again to $7.19 in a few weeks.
It is only found at The Produce Depot in Ottawa now and even then it is very hard to find. They never bring enough loaves on Wednesday and they are sold out by Thursday afternoon.
Is there another place to buy the bread in Ottawa?
It's the only rye bread that we like.
