(November 18, 2022, 6:48 pm)Very nice place and very clean! My first boxing class and I felt very comfortable. The team are very welcoming and they are very talented. The prices are excellent and the hours are very flexible. Personally I find it more entertaining than just going to a gym. We play sports while learning the art/science of combat. I highly recommend and to everyone (amateur or pro).

The coaches and staff know how to make you feel comfortable whether you are young or old, beginner or professional. Bravo Matthew Carrier and thank you for this beautiful place 🥊🥊
