My girlfriend and I are looking for our first house. And we started looking for used houses since it was our first.... But when we met Nathalie and she really explained everything to us well we were wowwww a new house but our last question was the price because we had never shopped for a new house so we were in a middle ground because all she told us was what we wanted but for how much. So when she gave us the prices, we started to dream because for a new house at that price it was like a dream :) .....,..
