He is very responsive, has great judgement for the market, very knowledgeable and always willing to update. I highly recommend Michel Beaulieau as your real estate agent, he really gave me another prospective to real estate agent, I would work with him again if one day I decide to purchase or sell property in Quebec!!

His professional advice guided us through the process in Quebec, which is a bit different than the rest of Canada. He also helped us find our dream home in a very competitive market. Thanks for making sure we did not end up homeless!
