(July 8, 2022, 3:05 am)Best camp for kids with type 1 diabetes. I've been there as a camper and as a staff and I recommend 100% It's a place that changes lives in a positive way! Would go back anytime.

(March 15, 2014, 1:45 am)Spent my childhood here from the age of 10 to 18, every summer would stay at camp Carowanis for 4 weeks. Great experience for diabetic children parents can rest at ease know that there is a large infirmary staff with DR. on site, they have Canoeing kayaking soccer basketball bilking swimming archery, ect..... Really a great place Camp Carowanis is a mom profit organisation. Kids will sleep in tents for 2 weeks, then go back home, really a great time!
