I recently had the pleasure of hiring Chef Max Noel for a private dining experience, and I must say it was an absolute culinary masterpiece! From the moment he stepped into our home to the final bite of dessert, Chef Max surpassed all expectations and delivered an unforgettable gastronomic adventure.

First and foremost, Chef Max's passion for his craft is palpable. It's evident in every dish he meticulously prepares and presents. His creativity knows no bounds, as he flawlessly combines flavors and textures, transforming ordinary ingredients into extraordinary culinary delights. Each plate that emerged from his kitchen was a work of art, beautifully arranged and bursting with vibrant colors.

Furthermore, the entire dining affair was flawlessly executed. Chef Max arrived punctually, impeccably dressed and well-prepared. His organization and efficiency in the kitchen were exemplary, leaving us free to fully enjoy the evening with our guests. He managed the entire event seamlessly, ensuring impeccable service and attending to every detail.

Max went above and beyond for a private chef dinner celebrating my brother’s 30th birthday. He was professional, kind, funny and cooked an amazing 5 course tasting menu! We loved learning where he got his inspiration from for his dishes, and where he sources his ingredients from! He clearly prioritizes top of the line ingredients, including a lot of locally sourced and importing delicious olive oils, truffle oil, limoncello and more from small communities in Italy. Overall, we had an incredible experience and really enjoyed our meal and meeting Max. When we are back in the area, we will definitely be giving him another call! Merci! :)

We had an amazing dinner prepared by Chef Max. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable with all his dishes. Each dish had a story and background and we are so fortunate to have shared this experience. He is truly passionate about his work you will not be disappointed! Max prepared the most amazing meal for a birthday celebration for us a few weeks ago. He made the birthday boy feel incredibly special. His food was fresh and creative. He cooked the best salmon and cheesecake I have ever had. He even incorporated many different guest’s food preferences. He was hospitable, professional, and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend his chef services for any meal or event.

Chef Max is a true professional and very talented! Cooked a private 5 course meal for a group of triathlon athletes and friends. His cuisine was imaginative and delicious! I highly recommend Chef Max for private dinner parties, his food will not disappoint.
