I would have liked to give 5 stars because I had great service with them for 13 years, but I have been disappointed lately. When I shopped for insurance for my new vehicle, I got a better price elsewhere. I went to see them to try and get closer to my new price and was told there was nothing they could do. She could not change the prices in any way. At best she could make sure I got all the discounts I was entitled to. I asked if the company would rather lose a loyal customer than adjust my price and she said that was the way it was. So I am now with my new insurer. Despite the cancellation penalty, I still save money. I'm sorry about that again.
