My wife and I bought 3 sections of the Multinautic QP-400. We are both 70 years old. We needed a dock that was light enough for us to put in the water in the Spring and take out in the fall. The QP-400 was the perfect answer. It took about 20 minutes to put the frame together and then another 45 minutes to build the wooden decking. We were able to carry the first section into the lake a place it with no problem. To get the second and third section in the water (the water is now getting deeper) we used our small kayak as a float. It worked perfectly. We floated the section into place and then bolted the non-leg end to the previous section. After the three sections were attached to each other, we level the sections which again was super easy. We were amazed at how stable the dock felt. We were so impressed with the final result that we came home and bought another section so we could configure it as an “L”. For the price, this dock is excellent value for your money.

Very happy with the product. I have a client with several floaters from Multinautic. The local rep Is awesome and manufacturer replaced some parts I misplaced next day by courier.

I had a small issue with my 5 year old dock ladder. We called the customer service line and the issue was resolved immediately. Outstanding customer service.

I would personally and highly recommend a dock system by Multinautic over all others out there - I undertook a tremendous amount of research before narrowing my purchase from Multinautic. Their dock systems are made for deep and shallow water, for floating, fixed or a hybrid.

A few things I would like to highlight from my experience:

The dock system is:
-easy to install (separates in pieces and you don't need a team of heavy weights to pull it out of the water) 2 people can easily achieve the same result.
-easy to store away (stackable and not many pieces to worry about)
-durable (combination of stainless, aluminum, galvanized steel and cedar - no cheap materials)
-safe (I have had many people on this dock and have had nothing but compliments)
-size (perfectly proportional, I opted for the 5x10)
-customizable (you can decide the layout of the dock - I love this part as it feels like a new adventure each year or if you have new water toys you can adapt the dock to fit in and around your toys).

One of the main reasons I decided to buy from Multinautic, the items are Made in Canada, the customer service is incredible and the accessibility to accessories for the dock makes things not only easy from a sourcing perspective but you never have to worry about compatibility. For example, we have a stand up paddle board (SUP) and had nowhere to temporarily store it. I did a quick search on Multinautic's website and viola they make a SUP holder that connects to the dock in 2 minutes - it adds character to our dock and convenient access to the SUP without compromising any dock space as it hangs over the water - brilliant.
