(June 13, 2023, 3:36 pm)Nady offers yoga classes that are suitable for everyone, regardless of their level of experience. I am a beginner and she advises me so that I can do the movements with less amplitude, for example. More experienced people are not delayed, however. He is a very good teacher and the routines are different in each class. I highly recommend her if you want to take yoga classes!
