Nice variety of courses. Competent and friendly staff. Very clean studio. Superb atmosphere. I wish there were more mid-afternoon classes and the women's locker room was a little bigger but otherwise everything is perfect!

Beautiful place, warm welcome, I liked the classes and the very cool teacher on the other hand I went to try the YOGA fitness class and I didn't do ANY yoga.. very intense workout class I should be warned I am very disappointed with it I I thought I would do quick and energetic yoga but that's not it at all... so I wouldn't call it yoga! I would have liked it otherwise, I'm sure..

For me, everything is a question of energy and I felt it when I came home the first time, positive, zen etc. IMPECCABLE welcome, atmosphere, warm, decor, people, books, cards, little tea and good apples 🍎 In short, I love everything!! NAMASTE🙏

Great place for hot yoga without having to always do the same course like the other 27 postures mentality. Owner has a great open minded personality and very accommodating for any special needs.
The teachers are able to push the more experience yogis and able to taper the beginners. There is no performance pressure here as they tell you to leave your ego at the door.
