I was well received. Coffee available. Some spaces available for working remotely.
Time estimates wrt job to be done are fairly inaccurate though. But that's the nature of estimates right? They should improve on this point. The rest is A1.

Ill write this review for my Dad who is not that good with computers and never write reviews. I felt I should given I know all of my dad's cars and he's been with this garage since his 1996 Acura 3.2 TL for himself and my Mom.

In short, he swears by them, their service is nothing short of rolling him the red carpet. Excellent service and customer satisfaction.

As for me, I am the total opposite of my dad, I don't touch dealerships as I like my old cars. I fix them like new and drive them till I am forced to change.

Only once, I was unhappy that they bought back his 2004 TL in flawless shape and low mileage for half it's value for a new one, but hey, it's a dealership, they do want to make money. If you are the type to buy new cars, it's a place that will take care of you. If you like to save money, you aren't the type to buy new cars... unless it's a lease. It's all on what you look for.
