Really good service, when I had some problems they were quick to help us. I've reduce my monthly cost for the internet and still get really good internet.
I moved this week in a building using their equipment. The landlord gave me the password and it just works ! No need to call Bell or Videotron. I never had any issues with the service and never had to call support.

I feel constrained to point out that my assessment of Wifi Plex was not based on a landlord tenant dispute. My assessment was based on factual information ( in support I posted pictures ). I requested in my assessment that anyone who is served by WIFI plex in their building ensure that the equipment is properly secured ( in this building it is not ). That is not to say that all installations done by Wifi Plex are this insecure.
I work in the IT field and security is one thing I do and so my posts where mostly about that concern. However, In my case, Wifi plex did not verify what they where plugging into. Our building has no common power and thus, the landlord had them plug in to a tent's power. This is the first thing that gets resolved before I install equipment for anyone, they must show me that I am plugging into power they pay for. I do not install equipment when I do not know what I am plugging into.
Lack of secure installation and lack of verification plus taking 5 hours to tell me they could not help me with the internet because the landlord unplugged it. These are all verifiable facts and ones that both Wifi Plex and any landlord should take with the high degree of urgency.
