After contacting several repair companies in Toronto I made the decision to send my iphone 6 for repair to Refectio. I had done some research and the technician at Refectio impressed me with his knowledge,skill base and honesty as well as reasonable prices. They went above and beyond so this is the company I will send all my repairs ! 5 stars!!

I was initially hesitant about mailing in my iPhone from Toronto to Quebec, but my worry was unfounded. My phone had suddenly stopped working after dropping it a couple weeks prior.

Gilles was very friendly and provided detailed, weekly updates (including photos) on the progress of isolating the root problem. It turned out my phone had a whole host of issues; including severe damage to the backlight circuit, a broken screen, and a bent logic board. The amount of effort and time put in to rebuild this circuit and get the entire phone working again (before the case was reattached) was definitely not trivial.

Unfortunately, once everything was screwed back in, the phone stopped working again. I imagine this isn't a common scenario, as I tend to be quite hard on my phone. Gilles offered to recover my data for a discounted rate (as it wasn't water-damaged and 1 month had passed in trying to fix the problem), and I received my data without any problems.

Gilles is not only technically competent, but he also has great customer service, and reasonable prices.

I needed a new connector soldering on the motherboard of my iPad and I came upon the website of Reflectio. I am very glad that I did. The service, repair and communication were excellent. The turnaround time was very reasonable, as was the cost and quality of the repair. I am a very satisfied customer.
