It only took 1 hour at my first visit for Claude to completely give me the feeling of being validated, fully listened to and for me to understand that I have choices to make in order to feel better. I love that she doesn’t just ask questions but sometimes gives personal example and sometimes she leads me towards the answers. She has never been wrong and my life is so much better with Claude as a guide. I have moved but we keep doing some virtual appointments and she also helped my kids deal with anxiety and better self-Confidence. Claude is AWESOME!
