I do not regret my choice to have agreed to work for this great company. I worked for several years in the public sector with a lot of stress, TSO, lack of recognition, etc. but now I feel more comfortable, I choose my shifts according to my needs, I don't work on weekends , I have a good salary and especially more TSO.
I would have liked the health care system in Quebec to be as motivating and better managed as you do. It would be much more interesting.
