I had 3 windows that had broken mechanisms to open the window last November, Basco came and changed them, did a great job, clean professional, respectul and efficient. Unfortunately due to circumstances TOTALLY out of their control, 1 of the mechanisms kept popping out. A service call was placed and on their first outing the system could not be set to a fully operational state. They left with parts and told me they would be back after construction holidays as a part needed to be adjusted to the needs of the window frame and it would not be possible givien the timeline. Low and behold, in the first week of construction holidays the same team came back and made the piece work properly. The window opens easier now than it ever has in the last 7+ years!
