I highly recommend the Central Park Laval condos. Magnificent condo with a beautiful view. Vanessa is always there to answer all your questions. We had a minor problem with our dishwasher and Vanessa sent out maintenance the same day. The service is excellent, Thank you Vanessa for making this moving process so easy and worry free.
As newcomers to this building, my wife and I have recently crossed the six-month mark as tenants here. It's a perfect time to share our detailed experiences and observations.
Firstly, we would like to give a huge shoutout to Vanessa, Lyne, and Roldan. Their assistance was invaluable in making our move smooth despite a few initial challenges. The positive aspects of our experience here have certainly overshadowed any minor setbacks.
I've based my review on five critical criteria for a comprehensive overview:

Location and Lifestyle Compatibility: This earns a solid 10/10. The proximity to highways, shopping centers, and grocery stores is exceptional. The neighbourhood's ambiance is welcoming and secure, enhancing our daily living experience. The convenience of having a pastry shop and restaurant within Tower 1 is a delightful bonus. It's an ideal spot for professionals and young families alike.
Design, Space, and Comfort: Again, a 10/10 without hesitation. The modern design stands out aesthetically, a noticeable cut above the typical, boxy condo structures. The variety in room sizes and layouts surpasses many others, providing spacious and comfortable living spaces. The ample parking, including large spots for cars and SUVs and extensive visitor parking, is a significant plus. The abundance of natural light, complemented by the expansive glass windows, adds a bright and airy feel. Ventilation is generally excellent, though there have been a couple of instances of humidity in the hallways.
However, it's worth noting that the sound insulation could be more effective. Conversations in the hallways, doors closing, and noises from neighbouring units, especially during move-outs, are occasionally audible. This isn't a constant issue, as the unit is peaceful 9 times out of 10, and turning on the vent can help mask these sounds.
Amenities and Quality of Construction: I'd rate it a 6/10, primarily due to the amenities. The construction quality, particularly in Tower 1, is outstanding. However, the amenities, especially the fitness center, must meet expectations. While the gym's location is visually stunning, it lacks space and inadequate equipment. Issues like non-functional screens on the exercise machines and limited weight options detract from the experience. While a nice feature, the rooftop BBQ area could benefit from better shading solutions for comfort during hot summer days. The concierge services are excellent, but a clearer understanding of the included services would be helpful.
Technology and Modern Features: This category easily earns a 10/10. The resident software enabling keyless entry and automated payments for hassle-free living is highly efficient. The camera-based vehicle recognition system for garage access and the externally controlled elevators add a layer of security and convenience.
Value and Management Efficiency: I'd rate this at 9/10. Compared with similar properties in the market, Central Park Laval stands out for its value. The management team does an excellent job maintaining the property, particularly in the lobby, elevators, and common areas. However, the less frequent cleaning of the hallways, especially the carpeted ones, is a point for improvement. Pet marks on the carpets and occasional uncleanliness in the garbage chute areas are areas where increased attention would enhance the living experience. Additionally, managing the guest parking, possibly through a reservation system, could resolve the recurring issue of limited space.
In summary, while there are areas for improvement, particularly in soundproofing and amenity enhancement, our overall experience in this luxury condo has been positive, offering a comfortable and convenient lifestyle. We highly recommend it
I'm a new tenant, but so far the Central Parc experience has been incredible.
A special mention to Lyne and Roldan who make an incredible team and do an exceptional job of facilitating the integration of new tenants.
Their response time is extremely fast and they do everything in their power to make things as easy as possible for us.
Very happy to be a resident at Central Park, the place and amenities makes you think that you’re in a 5 star hotel it’s amazing! The entire building is always impeccable, the residents are very warm, the members of the administration are very present and responsive to all tenants' requests. A special thank you to Vanessa who is always available and who manages to resolve any inconvenience the same day. She’s the best !
