I think the concept is good, but I definitely feel one of the girls that works here has an attitude problem. First of all, you are watching peoples' fur babies, so expect people to be anxious and curious about how their dogs are doing when they aren't there. Feedback is definitely important, HOWEVER! There is a way to say things with a bit more compassion and kindness. Makes me worry a bit of how the dogs are treated when no owners are around.
