(August 11, 2018, 4:00 pm)Unbelievable that in 2018 you ask customers who place an order six months ahead of time making a full payment by credit card to queue again after local pick up so that your inventory system can be updated. Your operations manager needs to catch up with trends in the industry and I am happy to assist as a parent of the College Laval Parental Committee if more feedback from our parents is required to get this right in 2019
