NOTE: As promised, I edited my review below after my situation has been fixed with the snowstorm situation.

My previous review with the 2 star review has been edited due to Déneigement Cappelli came by to clean out the snow (thank you!).

I seriously want to continue to do business with Déneigement Cappelli
but there are a few areas which they can improve on (and possibly make their company even better than what they are).

Pros:
- Very clean when it comes to taking out the snow.
- They give you multiple options for payments and are very open to it.
- When they do the job, they will do it right! It shows from their experience.

Areas to improve:
- Communication

The communication issue can be easily resolved if the company make announcements if there are any setbacks or complications happening due to weather through email, facebook, twitter, etc. So it's less frustrating for the clients.
