My company has been established there since March 2023 and I took a space there for all the following advantages: very professional and up-to-date decor, quiet location with pleasant common areas, closed offices, proximity to shops, ample parking, space bright with large windows in each office, always fast and courteous service and response from the owner, very clean place, ideal conference rooms for inviting clients.

What particularly appealed to us were our offices which have very large windows, offering us exceptional natural light and an atmosphere conducive to creativity. In addition, the location is just perfect, making our daily trips easy and efficient. A big congratulations to the Swivl Laval team for this magnificent space and their constant professionalism.
