Excellent choice of equipment and supplies. Clean machines and locker room. Women's only area. And classes are included in your membership fee.

A huge thank you to yoga instructor Tim my first time being at this club my first time doing yoga and a little girl working beside the at the cash in a room forgot what her name was I came in with him as a friend know that for a long time he I got in full with him till the girl working on the cash I thank you very much very very uplifting experience the gym look really really nice to people seem really really cool very well done thank you very much

Very nice gym.. been there since the opening.. nice friendly staff and machines are new. There’s a bit of everything boxing spinning yoga and so on. The best in Laval

Very good gym with everything you want and their is for kids and teen also
