Right from the start our experience with Luc from En Mouvement was fantastic. He is extremely very very knowledgeable about all of the products he represents. He is not there to make a sale but rather to make the client happy and satisfied with what he is introducing. He will listen to what you really are looking for. He wants the customer to fully understand everything he is explaining. He will repeat more than once and even twice if not clearly understood about the product he is explaining. He truly wants the client to be happy and satisfied. Also Brandon who installed my mother chairlift was to the tee and very very precise as he installed the product. Truly amazingly happy with his work. Martine the secretary is also so very very pleasant to talk to. As she spoke you can tell on the telephone that she is talking to you with such a great big smile! Also I had left a message after business hours and to my surprise Luc returned my call that very same evening! All I can say from start to finish En Mouvements is an EXCELLENT EXCELLENT company that I have ever dealt with so far! Believe me you will not be disappointed! What can i say except - FANTASTIC service.
Just had a stairlift installed in my home. From my initial chat on their website to the sales visit in my home when all my options were discussed by David to the installation by Brandon.
