I did business with David Bonami for the inspection of my first real estate purchase. He arrived prepared and equipped, then had taken good care to send me detailed documentation of the operation of the inspection beforehand so that I knew what to expect. He showed great meticulousness and attention to detail throughout the meeting, which lasted approximately 1h30 for a 4 1/2 condo. Knowing that it was my first purchase, he took the opportunity to inform me about the important details to know for the maintenance of my property. Barely 3 days after the inspection, he gave me a detailed and clear report of the elements to monitor in the short, medium and long term.
