  Très satisfait d'avoir acheté 1600 p2 de bois franc Mercier Crema. Après avoir magasiné je ne sais plus combien d'endroits différents, à la vente du printemps, le prix de Plancher 2000 était définitivement le meilleur.
  Service numéro 1 de la conseillère Emy autant avant, qu'après la vente. J'ai également eu un très bon prix pour la livraison malgré que c'était pour la région de l'Estrie. Au besoin, je ferai certainement affaire à nouveau avec ce magasin.

  Bon service, belle variété de produits mais un peu cher. Sommes toute je recommande cet endroit.

  Les employés font preuve de patience pour permettre de bien nous permettre de choisir le produit qui correspond le mieux à nos besoins !

  Installation was good and professional. Service at the store was great at first, but as soon as issues started everything went bad. They say they will get back to X amount of time, but don't and you need to chase for updates. They say they called back but left no message.
  
  After installation was done, I alerted them of issues. They assured me I would get a call back. We are 2 1/2 weeks later and no one has reached out. I guess they got their money, installation done, so customer is not important anymore.

  UPDATE: They finally reached out to me… coincidentally after the above review and addressed the issue. For that reason, I'm adding a 3rd "star", however, it is unfortunate that a customer must go through such an ordeal to get decent service.

  Le magasin de Laval est super beau. Une belle variété de produits et les représentantes sont sympathique et connais leurs produits.
