Good software! OEM feel, just like it should.

I got stage 2 on my 2016 GTI and it's been great. Love the power but love the overrun crackle file more. The UniConnect+ cable came in handy as well when my old downpipe broke and I had to flash back to stage 1+ without having to go to some tuner and did it right in a garage on my laptop.
Support is also great too; emails usually get replied to the next business day. I appreciate that they have a dedicated customer service and experts that I can call rather than just a tuner who'd reply at their own convenience. In addition, them having an actual brick and motor headquarters makes me feel more comfortable and trusting the reputation of the company

Purchased stage 1+ ECU with stage 2 DSG as suggested by the Unitronic team for my B8.5 Audi S4.

Completely new car, the shifts are smoother, faster, and the boost holds throughout every shift like it should have from factory. The power is consistent and makes my smile every time I get on it.

I think the biggest thing to note is their customer service. They honestly care and will do everything to make your tuning experience amazing. Every time I have reached out to them they have been extremely quick in responding.

I cannot give Unitronic enough credit for the amazing product and great service. Plus my Audi feels like a rocket ship.
