Being owner, in particular, of more than 14 units of type rental condos, I had to interact with a lot of management firm. BDC management has reorganized 3 unions representing 5 of my condominiums in the Mascouche region. Their service is professional, fast and accurate. The quality-price ratio is definitely among the best on the market and the 2 owners have a solid experience that is reflected in the quality of their interventions. In fact, the company was able to straighten 2 of our unions that were, say, in a very bad state. There was a significant amount of uncollected revenue, unplanned charges, and unfulfilled or misinterpreted rules. I can only warmly recommend this company!
