My condo was found with presence of mold around the
windows and wall corners throughout the property. This was due to construction defect and all affected walls closets had to be removed for the mold remediation. My place was messy with empty walls everywhere.
Fortunately, Ms. Joanna Sououb as our condo building manager from GestionCondo VIP helped me go through a long and difficult process and finally got my condo fixed with good quality repair work!!
She has been calm, patient, professional, always got back to my email, text or phone as soon as she is able to, making me feel I am listened and taken care of. It is always an uneasy process because of the administrative procedure and dispute under this type of circumstance. Although it took a while, Joanna made it eventually happen for me despite the pandemic, the high demanding season for contractors and so on. Thumbs up for Joanna, for GestionCondo VIP team, for everything they did to help my condo back to normal!
