This is a nice place and the staff is helpful. However, they definitely should work to the bill details. After a simple oil change to my new Outlander I get an unexpected high bill and not to many details. I was thinking to change the dealer (to avoid paying high bills for the next years under warranty). Finally, I was talking with one of the managers and I get a reasonable explanation (more work has been done but hasn't been clearly printed on the bill). So, be sure you ask details about your bill to avoid frustrations. Also, I think that should be explain to me before work started.

Reason for 4 stars is there were some minor issues and a bad experience with one of the staff members. This was all rectified in the end. Jesse went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our new purchase! Very honest and respectful instead of just trying to sell sell sell. Laurent helped us with our financing and the process went very smoothly. He definitely knows what he is doing and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with him. Would recommend both of these guys to anyone, they are great at what they do!

Very nice place and I will go there again in the future, I like that is not far from where I live and it’s not very busy in the week-ends.
