Positive points: bespoke and in-home design service, attentive to our needs / budget, pleasant and quick installation communications and after-sales service. Ariane, Nathalie and Daniel, thank you.
Cons: poor quality control (damaged parts installed). In our particular case, an incomplete and inadequate installation that required two additional visits.

The process since installation has been disappointing at times and has made us question our choice of business. We are however grateful for how quickly Daniel rectified the issues and we are happy with the end result.
