Very good inspection service received from Mr. Leblond for the inspection of my future condo. He gave me more than was expected in his tenure. In his report, he included his recommendations for improving and properly maintaining the electricity and plumbing. And ABOVE ALL, he gives good recommendations to promote the safety of the premises!
